Cold and beautiful, wish you could see!

Good morning folks! I have so many pictures to share, but Blogger is not allowing me to upload pictures… so until that is resolved, I hope you’ll continue to enjoy the Festival of the Trees 6.

Once Blogger is back online, I will be sharing images of our first true freeze, our newly planted evergreen tree, and much more! Next week I'll be interviewing a local environmentalist and sharing that discussion here at Arboreality.

Arboreality will see a few changes in coming months, including a few book reviews, and the development of an index which I hope will make it easier for readers to find information about specific trees.

More to come! Be sure to send Blogger some happy, functional thoughts of encouragement!

Testing, testing, one, two, tree!

Well, as you can see (I hope), I'm still playing with Blogger Beta.

What do you think of the custom header image? I'm still trying to perfect that one, but this was my first attempt at it. Once I figure out how, I'll be sure to make the header image link back to the front page just like the old header did.

As for our tree image today, I have not yet confirmed its identity. Perhaps we have a buckthorn? Suggestions welcome!

Venturing Forth into Blogger Beta

I’m going to try and venture forth into the conversion to the new Blogger Beta. In case things get wonky around here over the next few days: consider yourself warned!

Hopefully, all will run smoothly, and soon we will have a new-and-improved Arboreality to explore. Cross your fingers (or your divining rods) and wish me luck!
