I love the cardinal photo. Those birds are such a bright red! I've been seeing them a lot on other garden blogs. We don't have those birds here. The reddest we get is the cheeky little robin.

Salix, thanks! I just love the cardinals - they are such wonderful, personable birds (there's a brown variety as well which is just as friendly). The cardinals have a great winter song, and they are always busy this time of year - and fluffed up to stay warm.

ReplyDeleteI miss cardinals. We had two families of cardinals at our place in Indiana. But cardinals don't venture this far west, apparently.
