Arboreality is hosting the upcoming Festival of the Trees 6, to be published on December 1st. I will be accepting submissions through Wednesday, November 29th.

The Festival of the Trees is a blog carnival about (you guessed it) trees.
What is a blog carnival?
A blog carnival is a periodic post, typically hosted at various sites, which publishes a collection of blog posts from around the net focused on a particular topic.

Tell us about your favorite trees and forests, a tree dream or encounter, a wacky tree, an special forest, or the ways that trees and forests are important in your life.
Get creative, and have fun! If you have any questions, just ask. And feel free to send me links to other sites, even if they aren’t your own!

This looks like it will be fun and very informative...not just in a "data" sort of way, in a "people" sort of way, too. I have a couple of things I can say about the importance of trees and forests that I will submit. :-)

ReplyDeleteGeraldine, you have all month, so really - if you find yourself talking about your trees, or sharing one of those great pictures of some in your area, just let me know! The Festival of the Trees really is a whole lot of fun - I can't wait to see the finished product for Festival 6!
